The villa is all on one floor and is composed of living room (very large) and the kitchen, while continuing we enter the sleeping area which consists of a bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with sofa bed and a bathroom . In the living room there is also a sofa bed for two people. Additional room with sofa bed with bath in a room back of the house but with external input


In fact, the house consists of 6 comfortable beds and a sofa for two people.
Private garden with independent pool and private parking. Porch equipped with table and chairs, barbecue. Large garden for relaxation and activity. Accepts small pets.

Our house is an old rural building surrounded by green countryside at the foot of Castellina Marittima, carefully restored in perfect Tuscan style. Particular attention has been devoted to the intimate setting for guests.

Besides the proximity of the sea coast (6 km), the neighboring cities have significant reasons of artistic, historic and scenic, like Volterra, famous for its history and the working of, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the Gulf of Baratti. During the summer in all neighboring countries, are organized every evening festivals where you can sample the cuisine and local specialties, as well as performances and events. For fans, near horse riding opportunities, there are also excellent mountain biking routes.

The house consists of: Four double bedrooms, third and fourth beds available. The rooms are decorated in country style, researched and confortevole.Tutte rooms have private bathroom with doccia.Pulizie 3 times a week. Towels, sheets and towels changed every 5 days.
Rooms are available at both weeks for nights. The price includes all services, including a full breakfast, final cleaning, and laundry.

The rich and abundant breakfast will be served in the room on the ground floor. At disposal of our guests a swimming pool 6 x 12 meters with the use of umbrellas, deck, gazebo.
All this makes in our B & B the ideal place for any type of vacation in any season.

Located at 13km. from the sea, approximately 1.5 Km from the center of Castellina Marittima, we find Villa “Serrant, a recently renovated farmhouse of around 120 m2, in an estate of 130 ha, with olive groves and woods. Panoramic view from the Apuan Alps to the sea.

The lawn around the house is equipped swimming pool (4×8) open from May to mid October, with bench tub, dressing room and outdoor shower. Access along 500 m of well maintained dirt road. The house comprises ground floor of an entrance with porch equipped kitchen / dining room with fireplace (microwave, freezer, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine.

On the first floor we have a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower, for a total of 8 persons. BBQ, TV, central heating.
